Ponce City Market is a blended use improvement situated in a memorable structure in Atlanta, with national and neighborhood retail grapples, cafés, a nourishment lobby, boutiques and workplaces, and private units. It is found where the BeltLine crosses Ponce de Leon Avenue in the Old Fourth Ward where that local contacts the Virginia Highland, Poncey-Highland and Midtown neighborhoods. The 2,100,000-square-foot building, one of the biggest by volume in the Southeast United States, was utilized via Sears, Roebuck and Co. from 1926–1987 and later by the City of Atlanta as "City Hall East". The structure's part covers 16 sections of land. It authoritatively opened on August 25, 2014.It was recorded on the National Register of Historic Places in 2016.
